General terms

By accessing or using the BeCasa – AI Home Design application or website, you confirm that you agree to be bound by the terms of service outlined in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire BeCasa platform, including its website, app, and any communication between you and ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY (ASTRONEX), the developer and operator of BeCasa.

Under no circumstances shall ASTRONEX or the BeCasa team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or equipment malfunction, arising from the use of or inability to use any part of the BeCasa platform—even if ASTRONEX or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the platform leads to the need for servicing, repairing, or correcting equipment or data, you accept full responsibility for any costs incurred.

ASTRONEX assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of BeCasa. We reserve the right to update prices, features, and our usage policy at any time without prior notice.

License

ASTRONEX grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the BeCasa application strictly following the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a contract between you and ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY (referred to as “BeCasa”, “ASTRONEX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the provider of the BeCasa website and mobile application, collectively referred to as the “BeCasa Service”.

By using the BeCasa Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not access or use BeCasa. The term “you” refers to both you as an individual and any entity you represent or act on behalf of. If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to BeCasa without prior notice.

Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in these Terms & Conditions, whenever the following terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as follows:

• Cookie: A small piece of data generated by a website and stored by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, and remember information such as your language preference or login details.
• Company: When this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY (ASTRONEX), located at https://astronex.ai, which is responsible for providing the BeCasa service under these Terms & Conditions.
• Country: Refers to the country where BeCasa or its founders are based — in this case, Vietnam.
• Device: Any internet-connected device such as a smartphone, tablet, computer, or other device that can be used to access the BeCasa app and its services.
• Service: Refers to the services provided by BeCasa as described in the relevant terms, mobile application, or on the official platform.
• Third-Party Service: Refers to advertisers, marketing and analytics partners, promotional collaborators, and other service providers whose tools or content may be integrated into or used in conjunction with BeCasa.
• Website: Refers to BeCasa’s official website, accessible via https://astronex.ai, including any related subdomains or landing pages.
• You: A person, user, or entity that is registered with or accessing BeCasa – AI Home Design to use the Services.

Restrictions

By using the BeCasa app and services, you agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or make it available to any third party.
• Modify, create derivative works from, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices) from BeCasa or its affiliates, licensors, or partners.

Your suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, or proposed improvements you provide to BeCasa regarding the app or service (collectively, “Suggestions”) will remain the sole and exclusive property of ASTRONEX.

We reserve the right to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute your Suggestions for any purpose and in any manner, without credit, compensation, or obligation to you.

Your consent

We’ve updated our Terms & Conditions to provide full transparency regarding what information is collected and how it is used when you interact with BeCasa. By using our app, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Links to other websites

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the services provided by BeCasa – AI Home Design. Our Services may contain links to external websites not operated or controlled by ASTRONEX. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such third-party websites. These sites are not monitored, reviewed, or verified by us for accuracy or completeness.

Please note that when you click on a link to another website, our Terms & Conditions are no longer applicable. Your browsing activity and interactions on any external site, including those linked from BeCasa, are subject to that website’s terms, policies, and data practices. These third parties may also use their own cookies or tracking tools to collect information about you.

Cookies

BeCasa uses “cookies” to identify which areas of our website or application you have visited. A cookie is a small data file stored on your device by your web browser. We use cookies to enhance the functionality and performance of the BeCasa platform. While cookies are not essential, they enable smoother usage, such as remembering your login status or keeping preferences active.

Disabling cookies may result in some features being inaccessible or not functioning as intended. Please be aware that we never store personally identifiable information in cookies.

Changes to our terms & conditions

You acknowledge and agree that ASTRONEX may, at its sole discretion, discontinue or modify the BeCasa Service (or any specific features) temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You are not required to formally notify us if you choose to stop using BeCasa. However, you acknowledge that if ASTRONEX disables your account access, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your data, or any files stored in your account.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised version on this page and/or update the “Last Modified” date accordingly.

Modifications to our app

BeCasa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, the app or any of its associated services, with or without notice and without any liability to you. We may make changes at any time and are under no obligation to maintain any specific version or functionality of the app.

Updates to our app

From time to time, BeCasa – AI Home Design may release enhancements or improvements to the app’s features and functionalities. These may include updates, upgrades, patches, performance improvements, security fixes, and other modifications (collectively, “Updates”).

These Updates may modify or remove certain functionalities of the app. You agree that:

• BeCasa has no obligation to provide any specific Updates or support.
• All Updates will be considered part of the app and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Third-Party services

The app may display, include, or offer access to content, tools, data, or services from third parties (“Third-Party Services”), such as links to websites, applications, or advertisements.

You acknowledge and agree that BeCasa is not responsible or liable for:

• The availability, accuracy, or completeness of such Third-Party Services;
• Any content, data, legal compliance, or quality of these services;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on such services.

Access to Third-Party Services is provided for your convenience only, and your use is subject to those third parties’ terms and conditions.

Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or BeCasa.

BeCasa may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• You misuse or abuse the app or its services;
• BeCasa decides to discontinue the app or specific features.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the app and all related copies from your device.

Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all use of the app.
• Delete all copies of the app from your devices.

Termination will not affect any rights or remedies BeCasa may have under law or equity related to your breach of this Agreement.

Copyright infringement notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the BeCasa – AI Home Design app infringes your copyright, please notify us by providing the following information:

(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;

(b) Identification of the copyrighted material that is allegedly being infringed;

(c) Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;

(d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

(e) A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeCasa, its parent company ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (if any) from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

(a) Your use or misuse of the BeCasa app or services

(b) Your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law or regulations;

(c) Any infringement or violation by you of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

No warranties

The BeCasa app is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults, without warranties of any kind—either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, BeCasa, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
• Any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice;
• No warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• That any defects or errors will be corrected;
• The results from the use of the app will meet your expectations and be reliable.

You use the app entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur, the entire liability of BeCasa – AI Home Design, its parent company ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY, and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BeCasa, ASTRONEX, or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the app or related services.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified and interpreted to best accomplish its intended objectives. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by BeCasa, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BeCasa regarding the Services.

No waiver of any term or condition in this Agreement shall be interpreted as a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Failure by BeCasa to assert any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

YOU AND BECASA AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURS. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Waiver

Except as explicitly stated in this Agreement, the failure of either party to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver. Similarly, any partial or limited exercise of a right shall not prevent further enforcement of that or any other right.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement or terms provided in connection with a purchase or service, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Amendments to this agreement

BeCasa – AI Home Design reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide you with notice at least 30 days prior to the updated terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the app after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you must stop using BeCasa and delete your account.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BeCasa (operated by ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY) concerning the use of the app and supersedes all previous agreements, both oral and written, between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.

You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions when using or purchasing certain BeCasa features or services. These will be provided to you at the time of such use or purchase.

Updates to our terms

We may occasionally update our Services or policies. Accordingly, we may need to revise these Terms to reflect those changes accurately. Unless legally required otherwise, we will notify you (e.g., via in-app notifications or announcements) before any material updates take effect and allow you to review the revised terms.

By continuing to use BeCasa after such updates, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to them, you may delete your account and discontinue use of the app.

Intellectual property

The BeCasa app and all of its content, features, and functionalities—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, user interface components, and software—are the exclusive property of BeCasa and its licensors. These are protected under Vietnamese and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the app may be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, stored, republished, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written consent from ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

Agreement to arbitrate

This section applies to any dispute except for disputes relating to claims for injunctive or equitable relief.

Any legal dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted by the rules of the relevant Arbitration Centre in Vietnam.

Notice of dispute

In the event of a dispute, you or BeCasa must notify the other party in writing. This “Notice of Dispute” should include your name, address, contact information, and a description of the issue.

Binding arbitration

If an issue cannot be resolved through informal communication, the dispute will be resolved solely through binding arbitration as the final method of resolution.

Both parties agree that this is the exclusive means of resolving disputes—unless they pertain to claims for injunctive or equitable relief.

Submissions and privacy

Any suggestions, feedback, or submissions you provide to BeCasa shall become the sole property of BeCasa without compensation or attribution, unless otherwise required by law.

Additional terms may apply to purchases or specific features within the app.

Typographical errors

In case a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or misleading information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed under such circumstances, even if your order has been confirmed.

Miscellaneous

Any waiver of any section in these Terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY to be effective.

BeCasa is operated and controlled from offices located in Vietnam.

Virtual assistant disclaimer – AI-Powered entities

BeCasa includes virtual assistant features powered by artificial intelligence (AI). These AI-driven assistants are fully fictional and should be used for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Users are encouraged to engage responsibly with AI-generated content and should not interpret AI outputs as professional advice.

Analytics and tracking using Microsoft Clarity

BeCasa uses Microsoft Clarity to better understand user behaviour and improve the in-app experience. Data collected includes interaction patterns like scrolling and clicks.

This data is strictly used for analytics purposes and complies with all relevant data privacy laws. We do not use Microsoft Clarity to collect or process sensitive personal data.

Account deletion and data removal policy

Users may delete their accounts directly from the mobile app at any time. When an account is deleted, all associated user data is permanently removed from our systems.

Please note: All in-app purchases are non-refundable, even after account deletion.

BeCasa – AI Home Design is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, code errors, or misrepresentations. The BeCasa app is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, guarantees, or representations, whether express or implied. Use of the Service and any content therein is entirely at your own risk.

Under no circumstances shall BeCasa or ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages whatsoever—whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort—arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, its content, or performance. The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without prior notice.

BeCasa does not act as a publisher of third-party content and exercises no editorial control over it. Therefore, we make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information, services, or products provided by third parties through or linked to from the BeCasa app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeCasa disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability,
• Fitness for a particular purpose,
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.

No oral or written information provided by BeCasa, its affiliates, employees, or agents shall be interpreted as a warranty.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be free of interruptions or errors,
• The service will always be timely or secure,
• Any defects will be corrected.

Price and availability information may change without prior notice.
