How to delete your account

To request deletion of your account and all related personal data stored by Heka AI, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Heka AI app on your device and ensure you’re logged into the correct account.
2. Go to the “Settings” section using the menu at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap “Delete Account”, then confirm by selecting “Yes” in the pop-up dialog.

Once confirmed:

• You will be logged out automatically.
• Your profile and all personal data (email, usage history, preferences, etc.) will be permanently deleted immediately from our systems.
• Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated.
