These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Charme, a mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by ASTRONEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“ASTRONEX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years of age or meet the legal age requirement in your country.
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
- You will use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of the App
Charme is a mobile photo editing application that provides users with various creative tools such as beauty filters, makeup effects, stickers, text tools, frames, and more.
Some features may be available only through in-app purchases or a subscription plan. The App is available for download through the Apple App Store.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ASTRONEX grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and use the App on an iOS device owned or controlled by you.
- Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or servers.
4. User Content
The App may allow you to create, upload, and share content such as edited photos, text, or designs (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant ASTRONEX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content solely to operate and improve the App.
You are solely responsible for your content. You agree that:
- Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights (such as copyright or privacy).
- You have all the necessary rights to submit the content.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or is harmful, without prior notice.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of the App are available through in-app purchases or subscription plans, processed via the Apple App Store.
5.1 Subscriptions
- Subscription services may be billed on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, depending on your choice.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
5.2 Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not directly handle or process refunds.
6. Advertising and Analytics
The App may display advertisements. If you consent, we may show personalised ads using device data (e.g., your IDFA). You can withdraw this consent at any time in the App settings.
We use analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) to understand app usage and improve functionality.

7. Updates and Changes to the App
We may update the App and these Terms periodically. These updates may:
- Add or remove features
- Improve performance or security
- Change business models or pricing
We are not obligated to provide support for legacy versions. By continuing to use the App after an update or change, you accept the new version of the Terms.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may delete the App and stop using it at any time. You will remain responsible for any fees or charges incurred before termination.
8.2 By ASTRONEX
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required by law
- We will discontinue the App
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your data stored on our servers, where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App, including but not limited to software, UI design, graphics, and trademarks, belongs to ASTRONEX or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the intellectual property except as expressly outlined.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim:
- Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- No guarantees that the App will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASTRONEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Use or inability to use the App
- Unauthorised access or data loss
- Any content provided through the App
Our total liability in any matter related to the App will not exceed the amount paid by you to ASTRONEX in the twelve (12) months before the incident giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ASTRONEX regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
