Quin AI – AI Video Generator, operated by ASTRONEX AI (collectively, “Quin AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, store, and transfer your personal information when you use our apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). • Device identifiers & signals: device model, OS version, app version, language/region, time zone, IP address, resettable ad identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID, if you opt in).
• In-app content & media (user inputs): prompts, text, images, audio/video you upload or capture, and AI generations/outputs you save (processed to deliver features).
• Camera/Microphone/Photos access: only when you use relevant features and with your permission.
• Usage & diagnostics: event logs, crash data, performance metrics, feature interactions, attribution data.
• Purchase & subscription data: product SKU, receipt/transaction IDs (for fraud prevention, entitlement & support). We do not collect full payment card numbers.
• Approximate location: derived from IP or device settings (for localization, compliance, and analytics). We do not collect precise GPS unless a feature explicitly needs it and you grant permission.
• Other apps list (Android only, if applicable): collected only if strictly required for core functionality or compliance and in accordance with Google Play’s policies.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified statistics (e.g., install counts, feature usage). Where technically feasible, we separate or de-identify personal data; if mixed, we treat it as personal data.

Third-party sources: If permitted by law, we may receive data from sign-in providers (e.g., Apple/Google Sign-In), payment processors (for receipt validation), analytics/attribution partners, or anti-fraud/abuse vendors.

2) How We Use Personal Data (Lawful Bases)

We process personal data under one or more legal bases: your consent, performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (e.g., safety, improvement), legal obligations, or protection of vital interests. Typical purposes:

1. Account & Service delivery: register/login, entitlements, generate/store/share AI videos & assets you create.
2. Feature enablement: camera/mic/photos access for capture/edit features (permission-based).
3. Personalization: remember settings, language, templates, non-sensitive recommendations.
4. Communications: send transactional messages (e.g., receipts, service notices). Marketing emails only with consent; you can opt out anytime.
5. Payments & subscriptions: purchase processing, receipt validation, refunds, customer support.
6. Analytics & product improvement: usage analytics, A/B tests, crash reports, quality assurance, model improvements (see below).
7. Safety, security & anti-fraud: abuse prevention, rate-limiting, account & network security.
8. Compliance: fulfill legal/regulatory requirements and respond to lawful requests.

Model improvement: With your consent where required, we may use inputs and outputs (e.g., prompts, uploads, generations) to improve our models/services (e.g., quality, safety filtering). Where feasible, we apply safeguards such as filtering and de-identification. You may opt out where mandated by law or provided by product settings.

No selling of personal data: We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. “Selling” means exchange for monetary compensation. User-initiated transfers (e.g., sharing a video to a third-party app) are not “selling”.

II. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, SDKs, local storage, web beacons, and pixel tags on our website, apps, emails, and ads.

• Necessary cookies/SDKs: authentication, security, basic functionality.
• Analytics: measure traffic and usage (session/persistent identifiers).
• Advertising/Attribution (if used): show/measure ads, frequency capping, campaign attribution (subject to user consent where required—e.g., Apple’s ATT prompt for IDFA).

You can manage cookies in your browser and control mobile tracking via OS settings (e.g., iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking). Disabling some technologies may affect functionality. Do Not Track signals are not reliably standardized; we currently do not respond to DNT.

III. When We Entrust, Share, Transfer, or Disclose Data

1) Processing on Our Behalf (Processors)

We use service providers for hosting (cloud), storage/CDN, analytics, crash reports, customer support, email delivery, payment processing, and anti-fraud. They must follow our instructions, implement security measures, and may not use data for their own purposes.

2) Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• With your direction/consent (e.g., posting or exporting to a platform you choose).
• Affiliates for service operations on a need-to-know basis.
• Legal reasons (e.g., to comply with law, enforce terms, protect users and the Service).
• Business partners strictly for legitimate, specific, and necessary purposes (e.g., attribution partners), under data protection agreements.

3) Business Transfers

Marketing opt-out: you can unsubscribe via the email footer or in-app controls.

Tracking/ads controls: manage via device settings (e.g., “Allow Apps to Request to Track” on iOS) and in-app preferences if offered.

VI. Children’s Privacy

Quin AI is not directed to children. We treat users under 13 (or the age defined by local law) as children. Children may not create an account or use features requiring account data without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we collected children’s personal data without required consent, we will delete it as soon as practicable. VII. Links and Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, apps, and services. We do not control third-party privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.

VIII. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries outside your own (including the United States or other regions) where laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) to protect personal data during international transfers.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy (e.g., to provide Services, meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes). We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed, unless longer retention is required/permitted by law.

X. App-Specific Disclosures (Apple & Google)

• Apple App Store (iOS): We disclose data categories in the App Privacy “Privacy Nutrition Labels” (Data Linked to You / Not Linked to You) and honor App Tracking Transparency (ATT). We request tracking permission only if we use IDFA for personalized ads/attribution; declining will not block core functionality (though ad relevance/measurement may change).
• Google Play (Android): We complete the Data Safety form, state our data collection/sharing practices, and comply with permissions policies (camera, mic, photos/videos, precise/approximate location only when necessary and permission-gated). We do not request broad or undeclared permissions.

XI. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes may be notified in-app, on our website, or via email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
